For All SVG Society’s Digital Designs

1. Introduction

By purchasing any digital design from our Website or Etsy shop, you agree to abide by these terms of use.

Please read them carefully.

2. Definition of the Product

The products sold in our Website or Etsy shop are digital designs, primarily available in SVG and PNG formats, with some designs available in PNG format only. These are downloadable items, and no physical items will be shipped to you.

3. Permitted Uses

Personal Use: You may use our designs for personal projects, specifically for the creation of physical products.

Commercial Use: Our designs may be used for commercial purposes by small businesses only, as defined by ASQ.org. This means you may use our designs to create any physical products for sale. Please note that this permission does not extend to businesses that exceed the ASQ.org parameters for small businesses of having an average annual revenue not exceeding $6 million.

Alteration of Designs: Our designs are set up in a way where similar colored elements are grouped together as one. However, you're free to modify these designs according to your needs on your own. This could involve changing colors, rearranging the layout, removing or substituting elements. This way, you can tailor the designs to match your brand and then apply them to your physical products.

Print-On-Demand Services: Our designs may be used in conjunction with print-on-demand services like Printful or Printify if you operate an Etsy shop or a personal website shop under your own brand.

Transfer Sheet Products: Our designs may be used to create and sell ready-to-press UV, DTF, sublimation transfers, decals, and similar transfer sheet products, but only if you have purchased our extended license.

Digitizing for Embroidery: Our designs may be digitized for embroidery machine-specific file formats for resale, but only if you have purchased our extended license.

4. Prohibited Uses

Reselling or Sharing the Digital File: You may not resell, share, or distribute the digital file, or any part of it.

Altering & Reselling as a Digital Product: You may not alter our designs and then resell them as a digital product.

Altering & Reselling as Ready-to-Press Transfers/Decals: You may not alter our designs and then resell them as ready-to-press transfers or decals without purchasing our extended license.

Claiming as Your Own: You may not claim any part of our designs as your own for the purpose of selling them as digital products.

Creating Digital Printable Items for Resale: You may not use our designs to create digital printable items for resale.

Uploading in other POD sites: Uploading and selling our designs on print-on-demand platforms like RedBubble, Zazzle, CafePress, Society6, or similar sites is strictly prohibited.

Use in Digital Marketplaces: You may not use our designs to sell or display in any digital marketplaces. This includes, but is not limited to, marketplaces such as Creative Market, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, or similar platforms. Our designs are exclusively for use in the creation of physical products, and not for digital distribution or resale.

Part of a Digital Product: You may not incorporate our designs into a digital product for resale. This includes, but is not limited to, digital kits, digital journals, collections, or bundles that include our designs.

Use as a Brand Logo: Our designs may not be used as a logo for a brand or business, whether it is for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Our designs are intended for personal or small business use as defined in these terms, and not for the purposes of establishing a brand identity.

5. License

When you purchase our digital designs, you are purchasing a license to use the designs, not the designs themselves. We retain ownership of all designs.

6. Violation of Terms

If we find that you have violated these terms of use, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include revoking your license to use our designs and reporting the violation to relevant authorities.

7. Changes to These Terms

As the digital design industry continues to evolve, new types of products and platforms may emerge that necessitate updates and changes to our terms of use. We therefore reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to better protect our designs from new risks. We kindly encourage you to review our terms of use regularly, especially when you observe significant changes in the industry or intend to use our designs in new ways. Your continued use of our designs constitutes your acceptance of any changes we make to our terms.
